Where the project stands

The journey to handover.

A calm, project-wide view of the stages — built with Mivan aluminium formwork, so walls and slabs are cast as monolithic RCC (no conventional block masonry). Refreshed from each Prestige newsletter, not tracked tower-by-tower.

Getting your next tranche released.

From fellow owners' experience — unofficial, and every case differs. Confirm specifics with your own bank.

What banks tend to ask for

  • Bank of Baroda — typically follows the Agreement-of-Sale (AOS) timeline for staged disbursal.
  • HDFC — typically progress-linked, released against demonstrated construction stage.
  • Acceptable proof usually includes the builder's demand notice, a progress / stage letter, or geotagged site photos.
  • The embedded newsletter above is a handy source — screenshot the page showing your tower's current stage.
