Walk the whole project in 3D, then understand what really decides a flat's feel — which way it faces, how the sun moves across it through the day, and what it looks out on. The interactive tour is Prestige's own; the orientation notes are owners', gathered from the group.
Click and drag to look around. Use the floor selector and compass to check a tower's orientation, and the map view to place amenities, roads and connectivity. Best on a laptop, or landscape on mobile.
Why a new tab? Prestige's tour runs as its own full-screen app and can't be framed inside another page — the button above launches the real thing in a fresh tab. Best on a laptop, or landscape on a phone.
East, west or north decides your morning light, your evening heat, and how your balcony feels. These tools plot the real sun path over the site — pick a date and time and watch the shadows move. Drag the pin onto your exact tower for a precise read.
Longest day — the sun rises far to the north-east and sets north-west. See how high it climbs and how short the shadows get at noon.
Open SunCalc →Sun rises due east, sets due west — the balanced day. A fair "average" read of how light crosses your flat.
Open SunCalc →Shortest day — the sun stays low and to the south, throwing long shadows. This is when lower floors feel the most overshadowing from nearby towers.
Open SunCalc →The one that shows tower-on-tower shadows in 3D — drag the time slider to see which towers and floors get shaded through the day and across seasons.
Open Shadowmap →Pin is centred near the site; nudge it onto your exact tower for an accurate reading. Annotated sun-path images for each facing are coming soon.
Gathered from owners in the group — practical, lived observations rather than brochure copy. Treat these as owner notes to verify against your own cost sheet and a site visit, not official commitments.
East-facing flats are the traditional favourite; owners note west-facing units get strong morning sun in the west balcony, roughly 10–11am to ~6pm. It comes down to whether you prefer morning light or a bright evening balcony.
Owners report Towers 8 & 9 get the lake view, while Tower 10 gets both agricultural greenery and the lake. Higher floors, corner units and private-corridor flats are the ones most prized for view.
The mall's height is said to sit in front of the lower ~10 floors of Towers 1, 2 and 3 — worth checking sightlines and light for lower units there against the 3D tour and the shadow tools above.
A point some owners raised: on certain north-facing units the opposite flat's utility/wash area can be in the sightline when the main door opens (noted around a Tower 11 corner). A closed shaft wall covers it in many stacks — check your specific unit's plan.
These notes are only as good as the owners who correct them. Tell us in the group and we'll update the page.
