Two things live here. The collective asks — the handful of things that can only be settled while the towers are still being built, which we want Prestige to clarify or commit now. And the running question bank for life after we move in, so good questions from the group aren't lost to the scroll.
Gates, metering, EV points, cabling — some things can only be set while the towers are still under construction. Once we take handover, they're effectively fixed. With 500+ owners here, a single united, documented ask carries far more weight than a message lost to the scroll. These are the items the group has raised most often. They're owner concerns, not confirmed facts — each is something we want Prestige to clarify or commit in writing before handover.
A direct pedestrian connection between the society and the mall — so a quick trip doesn't mean driving out one gate and back in through another. A dedicated walkway or pedestrian gate is far easier to plan into the layout now than to add after handover.
Conduits and points for EV charging in the parking — and the wiring for smart / prepaid meters — are far cheaper to lay during construction. Retrofitting the parking and shafts later is disruptive, expensive, and often needs association-wide approval.
Community-wide camera coverage and cabling is much cheaper to build in now than to retrofit. Owners want to know whether Prestige provides it, or whether it becomes a large post-handover cost on the association.
The brochure mentions 100% DG backup at extra cost. Owners want the exact scope, and the per-flat cost, confirmed in writing before handover rather than discovered on the first bill.
Many of us chose TPCH for the green podium in the renders and scale model. The RERA-approved plan can't be structurally redrawn — so the ask is two-fold: written clarity on what greenery and vehicle-free zones are actually committed, and the non-structural touches (planting, bollards, signage) that protect the pedestrian feel.
Add it to the bank and we'll fill in the answer as the community learns it.
