A plain-English note on what this owner-run Hub collects, why, and what is never shown to anyone. In short: individual entries stay private — the public only ever sees aggregated totals.

The TPCH Owners Hub (tpch.in) is an independent, owner-run community resource for residents of The Prestige City, Hyderabad. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Prestige Group or Vaishnaoi Group. Questions or requests: rpatel.alld@gmail.com or the Owners' WhatsApp group.
We use your Google email to find your entry in the Owners' Registry and, once matched, to (a) open your own private demand list so you can add and edit it, and (b) unlock the members-only resources reserved for registered owners — the latest builder newsletter and its archive, the EC, and the Owners' WhatsApp invite. We store your email as your key in the Registry/Owners records; we use your name only to greet you, and we do not store your profile picture or use your Google account for anything else.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic email and profile scopes, and we do not transfer or sell this data.
Google Analytics sets standard cookies for the aggregate statistics described above. When you sign in, your browser also keeps a small record on your device for about 12 hours so you stay signed in and your unlocked documents stay available as you move between pages — it holds your first name, the members-only document links, and your personal demand-list link. Nothing in it is sent back to us or shared with third parties, and clearing your browser data (or simply waiting for it to expire) removes it.
The community demand board shows only aggregated totals — quantity by category and when it's needed — so we can approach vendors with real numbers. It never shows who wants what, and the Registry's cost figures are never published individually or tied to any name. Your individual demand items are visible only to you, through your own link.
Your individual data stays within the small team of owner-organisers who run the Hub. We may share aggregated totals (never personal details) with vendors to negotiate group rates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
To see, correct, or delete your data — your Registry entry and any demand rows — email rpatel.alld@gmail.com and we'll remove it. You can also stop using “Sign in with Google” at any time; it stores nothing beyond your email as described above.
